Made from high-density polypropylene (H.D.P.P.) through advanced die-casting and injection molding, our plates ensure durability, chemical resistance, and reliability for any industrial application.
A recessed chamber plate is a durable filter element for filter presses, typically made of polypropylene, designed to hold filter media. It forms a chamber for slurry filtration, offering options in size (250x250 to 2500x2600 mm), material (PPH or PPC), and feeding positions (top, center, corner, outside). Suitable for pressures of 16-21 bar at 40°C, recessed plates enable high solid recovery with low moisture content and are easy to maintain, even under high-pressure, high-temperature conditions.
The Membrane block filter plate is designed to minimize filter cake moisture and shorten filtration cycles. It features a heat-welded face membrane on a core plate, with an inflatable chamber that applies water or air pressure to press the filter plate against the cake. We also offer cost-saving Mixed Pack Membranes with companion chamber plates, a popular choice for efficient filtration. Built for various pressures and temperatures, these plates are durable and reliable, with a lead time of 3-4 weeks based on order size and complexity.
Gasketed Filter Plates represent advanced Recessed Chamber technology, featuring a fitted filter cloth secured by an O-ring along the sealing edge for leak-free performance. Available in elastomers like EPDM, Viton, or natural rubber, these plates allow easy cloth installation and low maintenance. Suitable for corner, top, center, or bottom feeding, they operate at 8-16 bar and 40°C with variable chamber thickness. Made from durable PPH or PPC polypropylene, they resist chemicals, high temperatures, and pressure, also fitting food applications like wine and beer. Plates can be delivered with pre-installed filter cloth to save time.
